Registering and Members

Please follow this link and register as either a full/associate member, or non-member of the ENA. Our members list is available on the ENA corporate website. Registering on the document catalogue allows you to redeem membership discounts, keep a record of all past orders and request a resend of documents previously ordered.

If you sign up as a full/associate member, you must apply for an account with an email that matches the member organisation's corporate email. Other email domains will not be accepted.

If you sign up as a non-member, you may use other email domains.

Membership

Please be aware that you do not need to be an ENA member or register to access the document catalogue, nor is membership recommended for non-member access to catalogue documents. Documents can be purchased at checkout, which includes a short registration procedure that will enable you to keep a record of all past orders and request a resend of documents previously ordered.

If you would like information on ENA membership, please submit a "Membership Enquiry" via the contact form on our corporate website.

Not received your order?

Please check the following:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • If [email protected] (the email address that documents are sent from) is not blacklisted/awaiting approval in your mail system
  • If you have reached file size limit: Your organisation may have a file size limit imposed on all received emails.
  • That your email address is correct
  • Please refer to the user guide

Cannot access your account?

If signing up as an ENA member or associate member, your registration will be vetted. A welcome email providing a temporary password to complete account set-up should be sent to your inbox within 3 business days. If further information is required, you may receive an enquiry from [email protected] prior to a welcome email. Please respond promptly to complete your registration.

If the welcome email has expired, or you have not received a welcome email nor enquiry in over 3 business days, please contact: [email protected].

If you are locked out of your account and see a "Too many failed log in attempts" message, please wait 3 hours and try again or contact us.

Please email [email protected] if password resetting has failed.

Payment options/issues?

The system allows clients that are not full ENA members to purchase documents by credit/debit card via secure transactions provided by WorldPay. If the transaction is declined, please check that the name, address and postcode matches what is registered to the card.

Notifications

For registered ENA member and associate member users, email notifications regarding newly published electricity documents are switched on by default. If you would like to change your settings to receive/not receive notifications for electricity and/or Safety Health and Environment documents, go to 'My Details' to access your account and subscribe/unsubscribe to these notifications by checking/unchecking the relevant boxes.

Please check our news tab on the homepage for any significant updates to the document catalogue.

Document sharing/distribution

Documents may be shared within your organisation. Do not share documents outside of your company/organisation. Documents are not permitted to be uploaded elsewhere either internally or externally.
